how do i know if my order has been placed successfully?

you will receive an initial email stating your order has been processed. once the order has left our facilities, you will receive another email saying your order has been dispatched. we will include the tracking number for you to follow up your package.

 

how long until my order is ready for dispatch?

please allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be dispatched. business days are monday to friday (excluding bank holidays and any national holidays). once the order has been dispatched, the shipping period will apply. for more information on shipping, please see our shipping policy.

 

how do i wash the dresses?

we recommend a cold wash with a little detergent. please do not bleach or tumble dry. hang to air dry.

 

where is your company based?

we are based in the uk however, we have teams in places such as ghana.

 

is ADWOA THE LABEL ethical?

yes, our pieces are produced by our partner factories in ghana. we place very high standards on wages and working conditions and personally tour each factory to ensure they meet these conditions.

 

are customs and duties fees included in my order?

as we do not have any say on custom and duty fees which varies from country to country and item to item, all custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid on receipt of the package.

 

do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

 

What size do I order? 
Due to the intended loose fit, sizes are very interchangeable.

A size S could wear our M, L or XL

A size M could wear our M, L or XL for example

A size L could wear our L, XL or XXL.
